Reiki Healing

WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a Japanese word that means “universal lifeforce”.  “Rei” = Universal “ki” for energy. Reiki is used to restore harmony in the mind, body and spirit. By using gentle touch, the energy in your body will be balanced, thereby creating healing. It is 100% safe for anyone to receive.

There is no belief system attached to Reiki so anyone can feel comfortable receiving Reiki. The only prerequisite is the desire to be healed, and for physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A REIKI SESSION?

Reiki can be performed anywhere without the need to remove any clothing. A session begins with a conversation to discuss what you would like to heal from, whether it’s from the past, present, or fears that you may have about the future. By opening up as much as possible, you will experience the most benefits of healing. This is a 100% confidential and trustworthy relationship and environment.

After our conversation, we will conduct a body scan of your energy field. From there, it will be determined which area(s) within your body needs the most time and attention. A variety of reiki tools are applied to bring the energy levels back into balance. Clients leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, balanced, and inspired.

In person and distant healing is available.

HOW IS REIKI EFFECTIVE?

Intuitive healing allows the movement of universal energy through the three main parts of the energy system: meridians, energy fields, and chakra systems. This process of healing will enable me to see, feel and shift energy blockages inside the body. These blockages restrict the flow of energy that could be connected to current life issues and past traumas. By integrating and moving deep energy within the system, you are given wholeness for healing. Reiki has the ability to shift a recipient’s energy to a more uplifting state allowing for a positive change in daily life. It also allows for a deepening of the loving connection between one’s Self and a higher power.
